Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with Project Coordination and ERP experience to support business process improvements, ERP initiatives, and cross-functional technology projects. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, gather requirements, coordinate project activities, and help ensure successful ERP implementations and enhancements.
Atleast 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Functional Analyst.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
Experience with project coordination or PMO activities.
Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
Experience with UAT, testing, defect management, and implementation support.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tools.
Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
