A career as a Chief Business Analyst in the Finance Evolution team at National Bank means acting as a liaison between business teams and delivery teams.   This role allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your business analysis skills, contributing to the implementation of new technologies and ways of working.  You work in an agile environment and are a member of a squad that manages and delivers business and technology projects for the Finance sector teams.   Your job
  • Lead workshops with multiple stakeholders of varying levels and expertise with strong leadership
  • Model current and target processes based on the Bank's process mapping practices
  • Perform high-level and detailed impact analyses across all aspects of processes, with the support of subject matter experts
  • Apply best practices to identify and document business requirements (functional, non-functional, informational, transitional), understand their relationships, and ensure traceability
  • Define and identify user test scenarios and support users during operational transition
  • Propose change management strategies to support solution adoption among users
  Your team   Within the Finance Evolution team, you will be part of an experience team dedicated to the success of Finance sector transformation and contribute to projects in a multidisciplinary environment.  Our team stands out by driving the Bank forward through accelerating automation, modernization and simplification of high-impact processes and applications.   You’ll report to the Senior Director - Business Analysis and Operational Excellence.  We aim to offer you maximum flexibility to support your quality of life.  This includes a hybrid work environment and a flexible, adaptable schedule.   The Bank values continuous development and internal mobility.   • University degree related to the field and several years of relevant experience
  • Strong business analysis skills
  • Experience in the end-to-end business process transformation and continuous improvement (change management is an asset)
  • Knowledge of business process improvement and mapping: modeling, BPMN, Lean approach
  • Experience with test scenarios and user support
  • Strategic mindset, with strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and Atlassian suite tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Knowledge in accounting and finance is an asset.
