Job Summary

The Manufacturing Veteran Manager Trainee will participate in a structured training program under the guidance of an experienced Plant Manager. This role is designed to develop future plant leadership by providing hands-on experience in plant operations, personnel management, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and demonstrate the operation and function of all plant equipment within the manufacturing process
  • Perform and understand all plant and administrative roles (excluding commercial driving positions)
  • Provide operational support by filling in for short-term staffing needs as required
  • Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to relocate upon successful completion of the training program (typically 18-24 months)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree required
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred
