Tidewater is seeking the ideal candidate to join our Management Training Program. Our MTP is designed to educate you in all areas of business operations and provides extensive in-house training to ensure your professional success. As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced sales and marketing teams to develop and execute innovative campaigns. You will learn how to generate leads, build relationships with clients, and ultimately drive sales.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends
  • Generating leads and qualifying prospects
  • Assisting in the creation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Cross-training in all departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing)
