Job Title: Business Analyst (SAP Interface)
Location: Alpharetta, GA / Berkeley Heights, NJ / Milwaukee, WI (Onsite 5 Days)
Duration: Contract
Job Description:
The Interface Specialist supports interface and data conversion workstreams by analyzing current-state processes, gathering business requirements, and documenting future-state interface and master data requirements aligned to the SAP global template.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with business users to gather and validate requirements for interfaces, data structures, and master data.
  • Analyze current-state data, processes, and file structures; identify mapping rules and transformation logic.
  • Document business requirements, functional specifications, interface logic flows, and testing materials.
  • Coordinate with SAP IT, source system IT team, FinSys leads, and business.
  • Support alignment to SAP global template for master data objects and data structures.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, walkthroughs, and cross-team coordination.
  • Support SIT/UAT cycles, defect triage, and validation of interface outputs.
  • Support Project managers with task tracking, issue management and timelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Strong SAP functional Business Analyst and documentation background.
  • Expertise in data interpretation and Mapping, Master data structures, and transformation rules.
  • Experience with SAP interfaces (IDoc, BODS, BAPI) and SAP conversions.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong organization and delivery ownership.
  • Strong Data Analysis and validation skills using Excel, Power Query or similar.
  • Experience with BTP Integration Suite is preferred.
