We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team in Atlanta, GA. This full-time role reports to the Financial Reporting Manager and plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of our financial data. If you have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to accuracy, this could be the right opportunity for you.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Prepare and review general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
  • Assist with audit preparation and serve as a liaison to external auditors.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate across departments to support financial reporting and business initiatives.

YOUR EXPERIENCE + A FEW NICE TO HAVES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CPA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience (Big 4 experience or a combination of Big 4 and industry is ideal).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a high degree of comfort with spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Nice to Haves: CPA certification and experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
