IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client seeks a Business Systems Analyst for projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.

<>Tasks:

·        Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, through interviewing stakeholders, and analyzing current business processes and systems.

·        Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications.

·        Data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions, conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users,

·        Writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables.

<>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

·        Self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience

Location: Pontiac, MI  Position is Hybrid, minimum 2 days a week onsite.

Contract: 1+ years

Skills Required:

·        5+ years - Experience working on Infrastructure projects

·        5+ years - Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams.

·        Strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite

·        Able to successfully multi-task and prioritize work across several active projects and assignments

·        Demonstrated problem-solving skills including: identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and implementation of effective solutions
