Job description

We are seeking an experienced Pharma Business Analyst with strong pharmaceutical and healthcare domain expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with pharmacists, hospital stakeholders, business teams, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and support the implementation of healthcare and pharmaceutical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from pharmacy, hospital, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Work closely with pharmacists, clinicians, and operational teams to understand current workflows and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Support implementation and enhancement of pharmacy management, healthcare, and mobile application solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, compliance, and vendors.
  • Ensure solutions comply with healthcare and pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmD) or related healthcare field.
  • 8 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in pharmaceutical, healthcare, hospital, or pharmacy environments.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, medication management, and healthcare workflows.
  • Experience working directly with pharmacists and hospital teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with healthcare applications, pharmacy systems, EMR/EHR platforms, or mobile healthcare applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in U.S. healthcare or hospital environments.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
