Job Description:
Metas Solutions has an "opening" for a talented, organized and detail-oriented Business Analyst. In this role, you'll support coordination, documentation, and process management activities across organizational programs. You will serve as a central point for meeting stewardship, action tracking, and processing documentation to ensure alignment across technical and operational workstreams. You will work closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to capture decisions, monitor progress, and help maintain efficient and transparent operations within the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist as meeting steward for recurring program and technical syncs - schedule meetings, capture key decisions, document action items, and track follow-up activities.
  • Support and update process documentation, governance artifacts, and communication materials to ensure program transparency and consistency.
  • Support coordination across program management, governance, helpdesk, and training activities to ensure timely completion of deliverables and adherence to established processes.
  • Support and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor program metrics, milestones, and risks.
  • Assist with team leads to identify process gaps, propose improvements, and support the implementation of standardized workflows.
  • Support compliance and reporting activities by ensuring accurate documentation and version control across program artifacts.
  • Assist with light business analysis activities such as requirement clarification, data validation, and system documentation as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, or operations support role within an IT, data, or enterprise program environment
  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst supporting AI domain applications or platforms
  • Experience maintaining documentation and trackers using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Confluence, or JIRA
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
  • Possession of strong organizational and documentation skills, with proven experience in meeting management, action tracking, and reporting
  • Possession of strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:
  • Possession of any AI related certifications

  • Must be US Citizen and with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance (Public Trust 5) within a reasonable period
