Job Summary:
InterSources Inc is a Small Business Enterprise specializing in IT Consulting, IT Staffing Solutions, and Software solutions. They are seeking a Business / Data Analyst to analyze data from multiple sources, provide actionable insights, and support various business processes through data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze data from multiple sources. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data and provide insights and recommendations.
• Interpret data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools. Present data and analysis in a clear and concise manner allowing the audience to quickly understand the results and recommendations.
• Provide actionable analysis, reporting, and core metric dashboarding/visualization to improve business processes and roadmap prioritization through the data-driven decision making and ROI analysis.
• Participate in and contribute to various projects relating to sales planning, sales compensation, deal pricing, partner attach product usage, and field coverage.
• Define critical key performance indicators (KPIs) and build core dashboards to help teams drive operational rigor and manage performance.
• Provide ongoing and ad hoc reporting and support to the Data team and internal business partners.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience with SQL, writing queries, business intelligence tools, analytics/advanced analytics, and predictive modeling.
• 1 year of experience in analytics.
• Experience querying SQL/relational databases.
Preferred:
• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, and/or Data Science.
• Experience with data warehouses, CRM data, ERP data, and other data repositories and environments.
• Experience with Google Cloud BigQuery and Data Studio.
• Experience in analytics within sales or marketing.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
