Job Title: Data Business Analyst

Location: Dallas, TX

* 10+ years of experience as a Data Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role supporting enterprise data, migration, integration, or modernization programs.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
* Strong experience gathering and documenting data requirements and business requirements.
* SQL skills for data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and root-cause analysis.
* Hands-on experience creating and maintaining source-to-target mapping documents and transformation/business-rule specifications.
* Experience working with data warehouses, data lakes/lakehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and enterprise reporting environments.
* Experience designing and executing UAT scenarios and working directly with business stakeholders through validation and sign-off.
* Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable requirements for Data Engineering, QA, and BI teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to trace data issues across multiple systems and transformation layers.
* Excellent documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
* Experience with Power BI or other enterprise BI/reporting platforms.
