Job description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide ServiceNow implementation and platform expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of IT project management experience, including 5+ years managing ServiceNow projects, and a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream technology programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional business, technical, vendor, and implementation partner teams.
  • Facilitate executive status reporting, governance meetings, and decision-making processes.
  • Support testing, training, deployment, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and quality standards.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years leading ServiceNow implementation or platform expansion projects.
  • Experience managing Agile, Hybrid, or iterative project delivery methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
