$3,000 SIGN ON BONUS 

About the Role:

We are seeking responsible Bus Drivers to join our team in Angier, NC.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B, with P&S endorsement and School Bus Driver Certificate of Training
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Ability to read and write
  • Understanding of DOT regulations

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a bus and transport children to their destinations
  • Follow all DOT regulations and company policies
  • Keep the bus neat, clean and sanitized according to established procedures outlined in the Grow Early Learning Transportation Manual
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all children throughout the journey
  • Follow established bus routes without deviations except when directed to do so by an Emergency Response Team, Lead Bus Driver, Transportation Specialist in coordination with Transportation Manager/ Assistant Transportation Manager
