Job description

Job Description
The Bilingual (Burmese + English) Customer Service Rep interacts with customers via telephone or email to assist with a variety of customer inquiries and issues in a centralized customer service environment. They are critical to supporting our sales team and customers. The Customer Service Rep communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and issues are resolved and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Troubleshoot account problems and resolve other general inquiries over the phone to maximize the customer experience
  • Support Account Executives and Account Managers as well as PFG's national customers with various issue resolution and day-to-day operations of a national account
  • Demonstrate functional skill in communicating via email, utilizing basic account information pertaining to the customer
  • Process customer orders and issue credits accurately and in a timely manner
  • Perform administrative responsibilities such as checking email on a daily basis, writing sample order requests and special orders when necessary
  • Work independently and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
