  • Supporting workforce development, crosstraining, and succession planning
  • Creating a positive, engaged manufacturing culture focused on teamwork and ownership.
  • What We're Looking For

We are searching for a leader who enjoys improving manufacturing systems just as much as developing people.

    Qualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred
  • 710+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience
  • Experience leading multiple production departments and supervisors.
  • Strong Lean Manufacturing background
  • Proven Continuous Improvement success.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action experience
  • Strong data analysis and KPI development skills
  • ERP and production planning experience
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, aerospace, defense, military, or other high-reliability manufacturing environments is highly preferred.

What Success Looks LikeYou will succeed by:
  • Building an accountable, engaged manufacturing organization.
  • Improving safety, quality, and ontime delivery
  • Increasing manufacturing capacity
  • Developing supervisors and future leaders
  • Creating systems that sustain improvement.
  • Eliminating waste and improving productivity
  • Strengthening crossfunctional collaboration
  • Helping position Captor Corporation for longterm growth
  • Why Captor Corporation?

You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of our company while collaborating with experienced professionals committed to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

    We offer:
  • Competitive salary

  • Stable, growing business serving aerospace and defense markets.
  • Collaborative leadership team
  • A chance to build something that lasts.
  • If you are ready to lead change, develop people, and build a world-class manufacturing operation, we would like to hear from you.
