We operate a modern, cashless rental workflow using Booqable + Square and maintain a premium lineup of black powder‐coat dump trailers, utilities, equipment haulers, tilt decks, and enclosed units. CTR is new, ambitious, and built for rapid growth — and we’re hiring the right people to help us scale.

Role Overview

The Rental Operations Associate is the face of CTR. You’ll manage customer pickups/returns, inspect trailers, maintain the yard, and ensure every rental is safe, clean, and ready to go. This is a hands‐on role ideal for someone who enjoys equipment, problem‐solving, and interacting with customers in a fast‐growing startup environment.

Updated Duties (with trailer maintenance added)

  • Customer Service — Greet customers, verify reservations, walk through rental agreements, and provide safe‐operation guidance.
  • Trailer Inspections — Perform pre‐ and post‐rental inspections across CTR’s 30‐trailer fleet.
  • Fleet Readiness — Clean trailers, check tires/lights, replace consumables, perform basic trailer maintenance, and report issues.
  • Operational Workflow — Use Booqable for reservations and Square for payments.
  • Yard & Shop Support — Maintain a clean, organized yard and assist with shop tasks.
  • Customer Safety — Provide hitching assistance, safety checks, and loading guidance.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong customer‐service mindset
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
  • Basic mechanical aptitude (trailers, hitches, wiring, tires)
  • Comfort using computers/phones for digital workflows
  • Valid driver’s license with clean record
  • Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with trailers, towing, or equipment rentals
  • Prior work in a service, logistics, or mechanical role
  • Familiarity with Booqable, Square, or similar systems
  • Hands‐on experience with trailer maintenance (tires, wiring, brakes, hydraulics, welding)
  • Veteran or military‐connected applicants encouraged to apply
