Your role with us:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain, the Manager, Manufacturing Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of all manufacturing activities, including machining, assembly, manufacturing processes, CNC and CMM programming, maintenance, and tool crib operations. The Manager, Manufacturing Operations, will lead and mentor the team by modeling performance pillars and providing leadership in health, safety, quality, accountability, and operational excellence.


You will bring to the role:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
  • Post-secondary education in a related technical or business discipline.
  • Oil and gas industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in an industrial manufacturing or machining environment.
  • Strong understanding of complex, tight-tolerance machining, multi-axis CNC equipment, tooling, fixtures, programming, and production flow.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing KPIs, continuous improvement and data integrity.
  • Experience supporting manufacturability reviews, prototype development, engineering changes, new product introductions, and transition-to-production activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage manufacturing budgets, overtime, tooling, consumables, scrap, rework, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and team-building skills.
