In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to facility managers, property owners, and business operators by helping them improve the performance, efficiency, and reliability of their HVAC systems. You'll work closely with service and operations teams to develop customized maintenance, repair, replacement, and energy-saving solutions that create value for our customers.

Position Responsibilities
Develop New Business Opportunities
Actively prospect for new customers, generate leads, and identify opportunities for HVAC service, maintenance agreements, system upgrades, equipment replacements, and energy efficiency improvements.
Consult With Customers
Meet with facility owners, property managers, building engineers, and business leaders to understand operational challenges and recommend practical HVAC solutions that align with their goals and budgets.
Create Proposals & Present Solutions
Prepare estimates, service agreements, and project proposals. Clearly communicate the benefits and value of recommended solutions while guiding customers through the decision-making process.
Manage Key Accounts

Collaborate Across Departments
Partner with service managers, technicians, estimators, and project teams to ensure customer needs are accurately captured and successfully delivered.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, HVAC service, refrigeration, facilities management, mechanical contracting, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, maintenance programs, and mechanical services
  • Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications
