Building Supervisor to oversee facility operations during evenings and weekends.

Schedule
- Fridays: 4:30 PM - 7:00 PM
- Saturdays: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
What You'll Do
As the Building Supervisor, you'll serve as the on-duty leader for the facility, ensuring members, guests, volunteers, and staff enjoy a safe, clean, and welcoming YMCA experience. Responsibilities include:
- Supervise facility operations during assigned shifts
- Conduct routine building and safety checks
- Open and/or close the facility following established procedures
- Respond to emergencies and incidents using YMCA protocols
- Support Member Services during busy periods
- Resolve member concerns professionally and courteously
- Ensure staff are at assigned posts and performing duties effectively
- Report maintenance and safety concerns
- Enforce YMCA policies while providing outstanding customer service
- Complete incident reports and communicate with leadership as needed
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
- At least 21 years of age
- Calm, confident, and able to make sound decisions under pressure
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- An effective communicator with strong conflict-resolution skills
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working independently while leading others
Customer service experience is preferred.
Training Provided
The YMCA will provide required certifications and training, including:
- CPR & First Aid
- Child Abuse Prevention
- Emergency Action Procedures
- Ongoing YMCA leadership and safety training
