Overview

Senior Building Manager manages and coordinates property management activities, including operations and maintenance, administrative functions andother services for a multi-tenant commercial office building.


Responsibilities

  • Service coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, contracting, anddeveloping, directing and managing on site personnel

  • Acts as liaison between owner andowner’s user community

  • Ensures consistent communication and compliance with owner’sobjectives, company policies and procedures and industry best practices


Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE



  • 10+ years' facilities management and maintenance experience


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES



  • Good working knowledge of computerized maintenance and building management systems

  • Must be an excellent communicator and possess progressive technical and supervisory experienc

  • Great Leadership skills
