Job description

Senior Building Manager

The Senior Building Manager manages and coordinates property management activities, including operations and maintenance, administrative functions and other services for a multi-tenant commercial office building.

Responsibilities
  • Service coordination, budgeting, financial reporting, contracting, and developing, directing and managing on site personnel
  • Acts as liaison between owner and owner's user community
  • Ensures consistent communication and compliance with owner's objectives, company policies and procedures and industry best practices
Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years' facilities management and maintenance experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Good working knowledge of computerized maintenance and building management systems
  • Must be an excellent communicator and possess progressive technical and supervisory experience
  • Great leadership skills
  • Excellent facilities management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Excellent team builder
