Job description

Position: Front Desk Supervisor

The Front Desk Supervisor coordinates the operation of the program during the assigned shift.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • One year of relevant experience working in a similar capacity in a social services setting.
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills and basic computer knowledge.  

Certifications that are required upon hire in accordance with regulatory mandates:

  • Security License
  • Fire Guard (F-80)

Certifications that are required within 90 days of hire – VOA will cover the cost:

  • CPR/First Aid
  • Fire Guard (F-02)

 

Front Desk Supervisor Principal Responsibilities:

  1. Directs all front desk staff activities to ensure adherence to policy and procedures. 
  2. Ensure proper documentation of front desk activities. 
  3. Provide emergency assistance to residents as needed and supervise incident management system. 
  4. Monitor building safety.
