Front Desk Receptionist – Key Duties

  • Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while maintaining a polished, professional front‑of‑house presence.
  • Manage all front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling resident inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Coordinate access control, including visitor check‑ins, contractor/vendor verification, and maintaining accurate logs for building security.
  • Support package and delivery management, ensuring proper logging, secure storage, and timely resident notifications.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, data entry, updating resident records, and preparing documents for management.
  • Monitor lobby activity to uphold building safety, cleanliness, and luxury service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with building staff, including security, valet, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle resident service requests, work orders, and follow‑ups through the property management system.
  • Provide concierge‑style assistance, including local information, amenity reservations, and general resident support.
