Front Desk Receptionist – Key Duties
- Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while maintaining a polished, professional front‑of‑house presence.
- Manage all front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling resident inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Coordinate access control, including visitor check‑ins, contractor/vendor verification, and maintaining accurate logs for building security.
- Support package and delivery management, ensuring proper logging, secure storage, and timely resident notifications.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, data entry, updating resident records, and preparing documents for management.
- Monitor lobby activity to uphold building safety, cleanliness, and luxury service standards.
- Communicate effectively with building staff, including security, valet, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle resident service requests, work orders, and follow‑ups through the property management system.
- Provide concierge‑style assistance, including local information, amenity reservations, and general resident support.
- Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming front desk environment that reflects the high standards of the condominium community.
- Assist with scheduling, including amenity bookings, management appointments, and vendor access coordination.
- Support management with resident communications, notices, and special projects as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling resident information and building operations.
