About the Role

As a Restoration Supervisor, you'll lead crews on large loss restoration projects. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence on mitigation job sites. This role blends hands-on fieldwork with team oversight and requires a strong understanding of mitigation processes.

This is a travel position. You may be required to travel up to 250 days a year, including driving long distances and extended hours as required by project demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain job site equipment and supplies
  • Conduct daily team meetings and assign tasks
  • Supervise crews and temporary workers
  • Ensure site safety and cleanliness
  • Perform mitigation tasks (extraction, moisture mapping, demolition, etc.)
  • Complete and upload job documentation (notes, photos, etc.)
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers
  • Inspect and ensure task quality and job progress
Qualifications
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Willingness to travel up to 250 days/year including drive time.
  • Must be able to to be on call (24/7) basis
  • Ability to lift 70lbs and wear required PPE
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Knowledge of basic building construction
Working Conditions

You'll work in both indoor and outdoor environments, often under challenging conditions. Expect extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and working in PPE.
