Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable Building Cleaners to help maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position involves performing general housekeeping duties throughout the facility to ensure cleanliness and support daily operations. Candidates should be comfortable being on their feet for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.

Location: West Memphis, Arkansas
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule:

  • Thursday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
  • Friday - Sunday: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sweep and maintain warehouse aisles
  • Dust racks and pallet storage areas
  • Empty trash containers throughout the facility
  • Clean up spills promptly and safely
  • Pick up and dispose of debris such as paper, cardboard, plastic wrap, and wood pieces
  • Perform additional cleaning and housekeeping tasks as assigned
  • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements

  • Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required
  • Must be able to wear a safety vest, safety helmet, and other required PPE (provided)
  • Ability to walk for extended periods and climb stairs when necessary
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
