Job description

Schedule:

  • Sunday, Wednesday, & Friday

Time:

  • 9pm - 12:00 am

Salary:

  • $15.50 per hour

General Responsibilities:

Maintain office building, or other commercial building in clean and orderly condition based on the scope of work on job site assigned to.

Specific Duties / Essential Functions:

  • Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas.
  • Cleaning and restocking restrooms.
  • Empty trash cans around the property and replace trash bags.
  • Cleaning corridors and stairwells.
  • Removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting/wiping down all surfaces.
  • Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
  • Operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable).
  • Cleans and polishes furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures.
  • Restocking supplies in, bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
  • Maintain janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
  • Periodically cleans overhead vents and dust blinds.
  • Proficiency in English will enhance your ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues and clients, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

  • While not mandatory, proficiency in English is highly recommended to perform the responsibilities of this role effectively. We are committed to creating an inclusive work environment that values diversity."

Physical Requirements:
