Job Details
Build your career in the commercial building janitorial field! We are looking for a motivated, flexible and professional candidate to work as an Alliance temporary janitorial worker. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of maintenance services in our client facilities in order to guarantee a spotless environment. Maintenance services include client spaces, public areas, and rest room maintenance. We have day and evening positions available.
Responsibilities include:
  • Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas.
  • Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents and restroom cleaning.
  • Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities.
  • Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
  • Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor.
  • Responsible for meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings.
  • Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.

Requirements:
  • You must have experience in commercial building janitorial/custodial maintenance and cleaning.
  • Must be available to work any shift as assigned.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Professional appearance and communication.
  • Ability to work either mornings, 6:00AM, 7:00AM, 8:00AM, and 9:00AM - 5:00PM or evenings, 5:00 PM until 12:30 AM, with flexibility to work additional hours and weekends as needed.
  • You must be capable of standing and walking for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., to bend, reach, and carry.
  • Ability to take direction and work in a team-oriented environment.
