The Burks Companies, Inc. (TBC) is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Stewarding/Kitchen Cleaner in Henderson, NV. DESCRIPTION: Under the general direction of the site leader or supervisor, perform a variety of work in commercial resort kitchen areas of facility while maintaining a clean, safe and orderly condition with a focus on offering great customer service. This property is a Five Star Resort. Our employees are charged with keeping the customer experience excellent!

DUTIES MAY INCLUDE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Cleans, sweeps and mops floors to maintain safe environment.
  • Perform pot, dish, glass, and silverware washing.
  • Cleaning and maintaining a variety of kitchen equipment including kettles, ovens, grills, fryers, etc.
  • Gathers and empties trash.
  • Perform dish/buffet runner duties.

Previous commercial cleaning or hospitality experience would be a plus! Are you fast, efficient, self-motivated, and eager to do a good job? Do you have a positive, can-do attitude?
