Maintenance Engineer – Country Inn & Suites, St. Cloud East

Country Inn & Suites of Saint Cloud East is hiring a Maintenance Engineer to help keep our hotel safe, clean, and running smoothly. If you have experience in building maintenance, enjoy hands‑on work, and want a role where every day is different, we’d love to meet you.

About the Role

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall upkeep of the hotel’s building, equipment, and grounds. This position plays a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and high‑quality guest experience while staying within budget guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, professional service to all guests

  • Inspect and maintain hotel systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration

  • Respond quickly to maintenance requests and resolve guest concerns

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, guest rooms, and public areas

  • Maintain landscaping, parking areas, and outdoor spaces

  • Complete routine room maintenance to meet brand standards

  • Perform general repair tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and carpet cleaning

  • Maintain inventory of tools and supplies

  • Keep mechanical rooms and storage areas clean and organized
