Summary
An outgoing individual who is eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally. The Assistant Manager should be a team player who is very detail oriented and constantly looking for ways to improve themselves, the team, and the car wash. The Assistant Manager should also be a servant leader and embody The Bubble Down mission and vision statement. Additionally, an Assistant Manager at Bubble Down is challenged with aiding The Site Manager in constant improvement of the car wash through providing coaching to our team members for their continued growth and development. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for ensuring our customers are receiving an excellent and unique wash experience every visit, all while keeping the safety of our customers and team members top priority.
Daily Functions and Responsibilities
Adhere to all health, safety, and security practices at Bubble Down.
Partners with Site Manager to recruit, train, coach, and develop all team members.
Ensures compliance with Bubble Down onboarding, orientation, and training processes for all team members. Stays up to date on all process changes and enhancements.
Provides ongoing development, coaching, and counseling to all team members.
Partners with Site Manager to ensure the site is achieving all goals and benchmarks.
Checks Bubble Down store email regularly and responds to all emails in a timely, pleasant manner. Follows-up on action items as needed, quickly and accurately.
Ensures team members are always using prescribed sales script and guide on procedures.
Creates genuine connections with guests and fosters relationships through superior customer-service to build membership sales.
Walks site throughout shift to ensure site is operating safely, efficiently, and up to the Bubble Down standard of service. Converses with guest regularly to ensure satisfaction.
Handles all guest issues/complaints when on site. Escalates issues as needed to Site Manager and District Manager to resolve all issues in a timely manner that result in positive outcomes and guest retention.
Partners with District Manager and maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained, safely operated, and maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner to minimize site down time.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Must have at least 2-4 years of Asst. Manager experience (must show on Resume)

Ability to adapt to change and adhere to systems and company policies
Physical ability to lift, push, and pull over 50 lbs. at a time
Computer knowledge, ability to learn how to work the site point of sale system, Microsoft word, excel, etc.
A desire to be active and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
