About the Role
A logistics company is hiring a Senior OTR (Over-the-Road) Brokerage Manager to lead network optimization, carrier strategy, and brokerage operations in a non-asset OTR environment. This role owns high-density lane management, carrier sourcing and vetting, escalation management, and regulatory and fraud-prevention compliance.

Key Responsibilities
**Strategic Operations & Lane Management**
- Lead network optimization by developing and managing high-density OTR lanes to balance headhaul and backhaul freight, reduce empty miles, and improve overall network efficiency.
- Design and execute capacity strategies by building and maintaining a core network of vetted, high-performing carriers for consistent service levels and operational reliability.
- Source, evaluate, and onboard strategic carrier partners for high-volume and core lanes in a non-asset OTR brokerage environment.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex transportation and transit issues, including equipment failures, weather disruptions, service exceptions, and freight claims resolution.
- Use transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office to monitor lane performance, carrier utilization, and operational KPIs.
**Regulatory & Safety Compliance**
- Ensure all carrier partners meet FMCSA regulations and internal carrier qualification standards through comprehensive vetting and compliance oversight.
- Develop and oversee advanced identity verification (IDV) and fraud-prevention procedures to mitigate double-brokering, cargo theft, and fraudulent carrier activity.
- Maintain operational compliance standards while supporting continuous improvement across carrier management and brokerage operations.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in logistics or transportation, including at least 7 years in a leadership or management role within a non-asset OTR brokerage environment.
- Strong proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office, including Excel and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in carrier sourcing, lane management, network optimization, and brokerage operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills in fast-paced transportation environments.
- Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules as required by business demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Korean/English bilingual (a plus; not required).
