JOBSUMMARY:

The Logistics Operations Managermonitorsalloperations including butnot limited to; Process shipments, prepare paperwork,communicate freightstatusanddispatch driversforpickup.The supervisorwillbe the primary interface between Pilot Freight Services, customers, sales, systemoperationsand vendors and provide quality customer service, while meeting company policies and procedures.

EssentialFunctions:

  • Responsibleforongoingprocessanalysisofoperationalsystems,procedures,andstaffingtodrive continuous improvement in operating efficiencies. Assist District Manager with general tasks

  • Cycle counting

  • Excel a MUST
