Operational Excellence & Process Management

  • Serve as the operational backbone of the distribution platform, building and refining processes, controls, and systems that scale with capital-raising growth.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline investor operations workflows.
  • Manage internal staff and/or external service providers supporting the investor operations function.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in institutional investor operations, fund administration, and/or broker-dealer/distribution operations, ideally within alternative investment programs.
  • Strong working knowledge of distribution platforms, fund LP management, and distribution operations for both institutional and retail private alternative investment products.
  • Established relationships with broker-dealer home offices, custodians, and fintech/alternative investment platforms preferred.
  • Solid understanding of FINRA/SEC requirements governing distribution of private alternative funds.
  • Excellent relationship-management and communication skills, with the ability to serve as a trusted point of contact across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong process orientation and project-management skills; experience building or scaling operational infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with transfer agent/fund administration systems and CRM platforms (e.g. Juniper Square, Salesforce) a plus.
