Job Summary:

The Brochure Delivery plays a key role in promoting the Branson area and the company’s facilities by ensuring the quality, visibility, and effectiveness of our display locations. This role involves building strong relationships with partner locations, ensuring marketing materials are properly maintained, and working closely with area tourism partners to drive visitor engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with staff and management at all locations hosting our displays.
  • Ensure brochure and digital marketing needs are consistently met at all display locations for all of our customers. and keep aware of their brochure/digital information that they are conveying.
  • Monitor and replenish displays to maintain a professional, organized, and attractive presentation.
  • Work closely with area ticket sellers, welcome centers, chambers of commerce, convention and visitors bureaus (CVBs), and tourist information centers to promote Branson, our guests and the company’s own facilities.
  • Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials to designated locations on a set schedule.
  • Gather feedback from partner locations to identify opportunities for improved display performance.
  • Represent the company professionally at all partner locations, fostering goodwill and brand trust.
  • Maintain accurate records of distribution activities, including location visits, stock levels, and feedback.
  • Assist in special promotional events or campaigns as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a set route or territory.
  • Familiarity with Branson area tourism industry and attractions preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport boxes of brochures and materials.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily field-based with regular travel to assigned display locations.
