Summary
We're looking for a creative and detail-orientedJunior Graphic Designer to join our marketing agency. In this role, you'll helpcreate engaging digital assets for a variety of clients, including social mediagraphics, landing pages, digital ads, email campaigns, presentations, andmarketing materials. You'll collaborate closely with our creative team to bringideas to life while maintaining brand consistency across projects.
Essential Functions
  • Prepares rough design concepts for Banners & Social media working with different brands.
  • Be able to create Landing pages layouts with platforms like Lead pages.
  • Create a specific "look and feel" for any piece understanding the concept and
  • Work with different brands at the same time. Create original visuals for each piece understanding the all graphic system.
  • Support senior designers on brand and strategic design work.
  • Participating in various design projects from concept to completion.
  • Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solutions

Required Education and Experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory and branding
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
  • A portfolio showcasing creative design work
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ideas on how to use AI to help with time saving and proficiency.
  • Basic understanding in html, Premiere, print are all a bonus.
