Job Title: Broadband Triage Engineer
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: Full Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a Broadband Triage Engineer to join our team supporting Comcast. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality software releases across multiple devices. You will manage the complete release quality and triage lifecycle, including deployment, troubleshooting, mitigation, and tool development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support end-to-end triage and release processes for RDK broadband devices.

  • Troubleshoot E2E issues in broadband technologies such as WiFi/Mesh, DOCSIS, Fiber, and LTE.

  • Perform root cause analysis using Linux systems, networking protocols, and packet capture tools.

  • Collaborate with Development, Release, and QA teams on daily release activities.

  • Utilize AWS (S3, Athena, QuickSight) for large-scale data analysis and insights.

  • Enhance operational tools and design DevOps solutions to optimize performance.

  • Use ELK, Splunk, Grafana, Jira, Git/GitHub for monitoring, tracking, and collaboration.


Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python.

  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems, networking, and scripting (Bash/Python/Go).

  • Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools (ELK, Splunk, Grafana).

  • Knowledge of SQL and/or AWS Athena.

  • Prior experience in a technical lead or senior engineering role is preferred.
