The salary for this position is $233,600 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Job Summary
Join Our Community: Geriatric Medicine Opportunity in Northampton, MA
Qualifications
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Geriatrician to join a well-established community practice serving older adults in Northampton and across the Pioneer Valley. You'll enjoy the close-knit feel of community medicine, backed by the resources, clinical standards, and national reputation of Mass General Brigham.
Experienced geriatricians and 2027 fellows are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do
  • Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments and identify patient goals and needs
  • Manage behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia using pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic approaches
  • Coordinate cost-conscious referrals and collaborate across specialties and services
  • Provide inpatient geriatric consultations, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary inpatient team to advance Age-Friendly Health System practices and track key outcomes

The practice is based at Mass General Brigham's Atwood Health Center-an integrated, one-stop destination with on-site lab, imaging, and rehab, plus a broad specialty network including cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, rheumatology, spine medicine, infectious diseases, surgery, and integrated behavioral health.
