Job description

Position Summary

Salem Hospital is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a collaborative and patient-focused surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive urologic care including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. This role offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive environment with access to advanced technology and multidisciplinary collaboration.

What Youll Do

  • Provide comprehensive urologic care including consultation, diagnosis, medical management, and surgical treatment of urologic conditions.
  • Perform a broad range of urologic procedures and surgeries including minimally invasive and endoscopic techniques.
  • Deliver exceptional patient-centered care in collaboration with Urology APPs, Urology Nurses and expanded multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives to support clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians and specialists across the health system to ensure coordinated care.
  • Contribute to on-call coverage and inpatient consultation services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and comply with regulatory and institutional standards.

Qualifications: General Urologist with broad clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Endourology / HoLEP (Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate)
  • Office Female Urology
