How do I become a bridge inspector?

To become a bridge construction inspector, you typically need a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant experience in construction or engineering. Many inspectors pursue post-secondary education in civil engineering or construction management and obtain certifications such as the NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) to demonstrate their skills and knowledge in bridge inspection. Familiarity with safety standards, inspection tools, and structural analysis is also important for this role.
