Position Overview:
As an Expeditor, you're the final checkpoint between our kitchen and our Guests. You'll ensure orders are accurate, properly plated, and delivered promptly-playing a crucial role in our restaurant's quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure food is plated correctly and delivered promptly to Guests.
  • Act as quality control on the line, correcting any order issues before they reach the table.
  • Assist with food prep and finishing work as needed.
  • Package to-go orders and maintain cleanliness in the expediting area.
  • Stay organized, read and coordinate tickets efficiently, and communicate with kitchen and service teams.
  • Maintain a high level of pace and intensity in a fast-moving environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift up to 10 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Stand, walk, and reach constantly; occasional overhead lifting and twisting required.
  • Work effectively in a busy, high-energy setting with background noise.
  • Frequent handwashing and adherence to food safety standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and food service best practices.
