Responsibilities
  • Prepare, format, and/or process legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, agreements, correspondence, and forms
  • Maintain attorney calendars, including scheduling appointments and calendaring deadlines
  • Handle correspondence with clients and attorneys
  • File legal documents timely and accurately with california courts using e-filing procedures
  • Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to filing or distribution
  • Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned
