We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, including food preparation, customer interaction, and maintaining cleanliness.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS , for efficient order processing.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items and handling transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Assist with food handling and storage in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions.
  • Support team members by bussing tables and ensuring a clean dining environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.

Requirements
