Reports To: Packing Supervisor / Shipping Manager

From our roots in historic Ybor City to our cafe locations across the Tampa Bay area, we are committed to quality, community, and the people who make it all possible.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Bread Packer ensures La Segunda's freshly baked bread is packed accurately and efficiently, meeting our strict quality and presentation standards before it goes out to wholesale customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

      Pack bread and bakery products according to customer orders and company standards

      Verify pack quantities and quality before sealing

      Label and organize packed orders for shipping

      Maintain a clean, organized packing station

      Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

      Assist with loading bread onto delivery vehicles

      Report any product quality issues to supervisor

      Complete assigned cleanup tasks at end of shift

WHAT YOU BRING

      Previous packing or food production experience preferred

      Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately

      Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

      Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
