Warehouse Associate | $15.00 - $16.00/hr | Multiple Shifts Available | On-Site | Temp-to-Hire | Harrisburg, NC

    • $16.00/hr (4:00 PM – Shift End)

Job Description
Step into the role of Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of a high-energy warehouse distribution team. You’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and organizing bread products arriving from the bakery and distributing them to designated warehouse zones (“streets”) for outgoing shipment. This role supports efficient order fulfillment and plays a key part in getting products to customers on time. Join a team dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards in logistics and distribution.
 
Responsibilities
  • Pick and pull bread products according to order sheets
  • Distribute products to proper warehouse zones (“streets”)
  • Prepare and stage products for truck loading
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety protocols and complete safety training and quiz
 
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must be able to walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to work mandatory overtime as needed (shift ends when work is complete)
  • Safety vest required (high visibility)
  • Must pass safety video training and quiz
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required

The base pay range for this position is $31,200–$33,280 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
