Job Description
As a Bread Toast Baking Associate, you will assist with baking, monitoring, and preparing bread products while maintaining production schedules and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate bakery equipment used in the baking process
  • Monitor product quality throughout production
  • Load and unload bakery products safely
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
  • Meet daily production goals while supporting team operations
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Current Food Handler Card required
  • Heavy lifting required
  • Overtime and weekend availability required
  • Ability to stand throughout the shift and work in varying temperatures
  • Bakery or manufacturing experience preferred but not required

The base pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, overtime, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
The $300 sign-on bonus is available to eligible full-time external candidates and is paid in installments after 30, 60, and 90 days. Current temporary employees converting to the client’s payroll are not eligible.
