Job description

The Brand Ambassador is a valued team member in the marketing and sales department. The position is considered entry level to start during training which includes a comprehensive overview of basic marketing strategy, direct marketing, promotional techniques, and consumer market research. After successful completion of the training, an individual would be considered a team lead in the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the daily growth and success of assigned campaigns

  • Must be able to spread the brand across the area using our marketing strategies that will be taught to you to ensure increased awareness.

  • Assisting with efforts of customer acquisition and retention

  • Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing

  • Interact and communicate directly with both customers and clients

  • Set up successful events that will be able to hit our target market

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to work full time hours and occasional weekends for special events or training workshops

  • Ability to excel in unsupervised individual assignments as well as team projects.

  • Must be able to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks a year for further training.

  • Great communication skills

  • Must be able to work in an energetic, fast paced environment.

  • Self-starter, creative thinker, problem solver

  • College experience or degree a plus but not required
