Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and owns the Office division content strategy and editorial calendar, connecting brand priorities, leasing objectives, and customer needs into a cohesive, always-on program.
  • Leads content development across formats — long-form, video, digital, and experiential, including oversight of the division's visual asset program — maintaining a high standard of quality from concept through delivery.
  • Enhances and owns a customer testimonials program, translating compelling customer narratives into case studies and content assets that drive credibility across the customer journey.
  • Develops and executes a customer marketing strategy aimed at driving retention, ensuring customers understand and experience the full value of an Irvine Company workplace through targeted communications and content.
  • Partners with Corporate Marketing to steward brand voice, content governance, and creative standards at the division level, ensuring all output adheres to enterprise guidelines and contributes to a coherent Irvine Company identity.
  • Owns the Office division social media strategy, overseeing content programming, channel management, and performance in alignment with the broader brand narrative.
  • Collaborates with the PR team, portfolio marketing, leasing, and digital teams to leverage brand narratives across earned media and activate content opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Works closely with the Director, Insights & Analytics to inform audience personas and segmentation, and establishes a measurement approach to evaluate content performance and refine strategy over time.
  • Integrates AI tools purposefully into the content production workflow, improving efficiency without compromising editorial standards or brand integrity.
Additional Skills:
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
Preferred Years of Relevant Work Experience:
  • 7+ years
  • Content strategy, brand management, or integrated marketing, with a demonstrated ability to own and advance complex, multi-workstream programs.
Additional Requirements:
  • Exceptional storytelling instincts, with the ability to identify and shape compelling narratives within a sophisticated B2B context and translate them into content that resonates across formats and audiences.
  • Proven experience developing and executing B2B content strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong creative direction capabilities, with a clear point of view on visual content — able to set a compelling creative brief, evaluate photography, video, and design work against brand standards, and elevate output to meet a consistently high standard.
  • Experience owning or leading social media strategy and content programming, with a working knowledge of platform dynamics, content performance, and audience engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a team, fostering a collaborative environment and holding work to a high creative and strategic standard.
  • Experience building customer testimonial and social proof programs, including video-based and multimedia storytelling.
  • Fluency with AI-powered content tools and a considered point of view on their application within a brand-governed content environment.
  • Working knowledge of the evolving digital content landscape and the ability to apply that perspective to content strategy.
  • Strong communicator and collaborative partner, able to work with equal credibility across senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external relationships.

 Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $163,500.00 - $210,500.00
