Summary
The Manager - FV Business Development (Brand Strategy) to help support and execute the company's external and internal branding to enhance the company's presence in the Finished Vehicle Logistics, W/D, FF and H&H sectors. This role involves clearly communicating our identity, activities, and methods, while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and professionalism across all marketing and communication points. Reporting to the Commercial Group, this position is crucial for enforcing brand standards, managing digital platforms like LinkedIn and the company website, and aiding in industry event participation. It also plays a key role in communications governance by overseeing brand-related content, escalating issues as needed, and ensuring alignment with Commercial and leadership goals. This hands-on, execution-focused role is ideal for a marketing professional comfortable working in an operations-driven, B2B automotive logistics setting, who aims to take on greater responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities
  • Brand & Messaging Execution
    • Implement approved Glovis America brand messaging consistently across both external and internal materials
    • Maintain uniformity in tone, language, and visuals on: Digital platforms, Presentations, Event materials, External Communications, Assist the Commercial Group by converting operational capabilities into straightforward, precise marketing content, and Detect inconsistencies or potential risks in messaging and raise them proactively for review
  • Digital Presence : LinkedIn & Website Management
    • Support and implement GLOVIS America's LinkedIn content strategy by managing scheduled posts, covering events, and sharing approved operational and commercial updates
    • Oversee and update the Company website, ensuring content accuracy and relevance through collaboration with internal teams and external vendors when needed
    • Make sure the website effectively showcases the company's capabilities, services, and market position
    • Maintain strict version control and approval processes for digital content
    • Monitor simple engagement and performance metrics and provide insights to Commercial leadership
  • Industry Events & External Engagement Support
    • Assist in planning and executing industry conferences, trade shows, and events related to Finished Vehicle Logistics and automotive markets
    • Manage logistics for: Booth materials, Branding assets, and Marketing collateral
    • Support on-site execution and follow-up activities after the event
    • Ensure that event materials conform to approved brand standards and messaging
  • Communications & PR Support (Governance)
    • Assist with external communications activities under guidance from Commercial and leadership
    • Support the preparation of announcements, press-related materials, and external messaging
    • Follow established approval processes and escalate sensitive communications when necessary
    • Help ensure all external communications are professional, accurate, and aligned with company standards
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Commercial, Operations, Business Development, and leadership teams to gather content and support marketing needs
    • Provide timely and reliable marketing support for commercial initiatives
    • Build working relationships across functions to better understand operations and priorities
    • Other duties as assigned

Compensation Range
$101,000 - $113,000 annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & Experience

  • 7 - 10 Years of direct experience in Brand Management, B2B Marketing, and/or Digital Marketing Required
  • 8 - 13 Years of direct experience in 3PL, Automotive industry, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or related industry Preferred
