The Manager, Global I&A Oreo will be a critical partner in delivering powerful consumer-centric insights and analysis to unlock sustained growth for Oreo across the Key Oreo markets.

This role requires a strong & effective collaborator and communicator capable of telling compelling stories that influence cross- functional stakeholders and managing projects with a bias for action. You will need to develop and execute learning plans for the Oreo, landing them with clear implications & recommendations. You should have experience in custom qualitative and quantitative research, brand building and innovation, and have a curiosity to explore new approaches & methods.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Partner with the Oreo Marketing team and guide the brand trajectory through a strong understanding of the brand, category, consumer context, bringing clear strategic recommendations through a triangulation of insights.
  • Develops & executes learning agenda in support of growth strategy (renovation, innovation, equity and commercial) for Oreo
  • Partners with Global Oreo Marketing team to develop and align Global Brand purpose, brand creative, visual identity, brand architecture, renovation, innovation projects etc.
  • Partner closely with the key Oreo markets to ensure cross pollination of learnings across Global/ local but also sharing BIC learnings from one market to others
  • Acts as a key driving force on the Oreo Growth Acceleration teams, framing the consumer & shopper problems to solve, helping to drive the strategic thinking and challenging the team to think outside the box; partner very closely with the Business Unit teams to tap into deep local insights and operationalize the global strategy/plans.
  • Leverages mix of in-market tracking tools, custom research and macro consumer/shopper thought leadership in service of illuminating consumer centric category and brand growth opportunities.
  • Explore and introduce new technologically advanced tools and research techniques around social listening, AI, etc.
  • Collate powerful brand insights from rich data sources like Demand Spaces, MARCO, panel, retail etc.
  • Co-own brand & category performance tracking to keep a pulse on the brand, think through leading and lagging indicators
  • Support the preparation for key leadership meetings, bringing insights and a clear POV on brand strengths/ challenges and way forward

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:

  • Direct experience working across developed and emerging markets, effectively liaising across different countries & cultures, preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in leveraging different types of data (e.g. custom qualitative & quantitative, syndicated quantitative data, Nielsen scan data, social data, big data etc) and cutting-edge tools & capabilities to unlock powerful insights and successfully deploy them in the organization.
  • Innovative mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, thinking outside the box and challenging the status quo.
  • Strategic, decisive, and proactive leader and project manager; highly collaborative team player
  • Strong bias for action, able to drive strategic outcomes through influence, collaboration & organizational savviness.
  • Persuasive and effective communicator, obsessed with telling clear, compelling stories that influence stakeholders & drive action.

Job specific requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in brand/category insights & analytics roles
  • Prior experience working on a brand preferred.
Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $122,000 to $167,750; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
