Brand Creator Associate

OverCast Digital is a leading triple-certified TikTok Shop Partner based in Irvine, CA. We specialize in providing comprehensive solutions for rising social commerce channels, including strategy, affiliate management, and LIVE shopping. Our dedicated team works to shape TikTok into a vibrant community of inspiration and influence, with a network of top content creators and affiliates leading the charge. At OverCast Digital, we believe that the future of commerce is social.

We are seeking an Irvine-based, proactive, and detail-oriented Brand Creator Associate to join our team. As a Brand Creator Associate, you will work closely with our Accounts, Shop Operations, and Strategy teams while learning the day-to-day management of client accounts. You will gain deep exposure to shop operations, affiliate management, creator partnerships, and paid media while supporting client communication, creator relationships, and campaign execution.

The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn quickly, build relationships with creators and affiliates, take ownership, and grow within the social commerce industry.

Client Communication

  • Support day-to-day client communication, ensuring timely responses and accurate follow-through.
  • Assist in preparing agendas, notes, and follow-ups for weekly client cadence calls.
  • Support communication with clients, creators, and affiliates to ensure campaigns stay on track.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships through clear, professional communication.

Deliverables Management

  • Prepare weekly client decks, including performance metrics, insights, and upcoming initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all client deliverables are completed on time and align with client goals.
  • Assist with creator and affiliate deliverables, ensuring campaign timelines and requirements are met.

Campaign Execution & Monitoring

  • Assist with affiliate outreach and relationship management to support client campaigns.
  • Communicate with creators and affiliates regarding campaign briefs, timelines, product shipments, and content requirements.
  • Support creator onboarding and campaign execution from start to finish.
  • Assist with product listings and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor affiliate and creator campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.

Collaboration

  • Partner with the Creative, Accounts, Strategy, Shop Operations, Paid Media, and LIVE Shopping teams to execute successful affiliate and creator campaigns.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align on client priorities and escalate concerns as needed.

Reporting & Insights

  • Track affiliate and creator campaign performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing weekly reports and provide actionable insights to support client growth.

Required Experience

  • 02 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, e-commerce, client services, or a related field.
  • Passion for TikTok, creator marketing, and social commerce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an interest in building relationships with creators and affiliates.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with an interest in analyzing campaign performance.

Desired Experience
