Job description

We are one of the fastest growing toy and collectibles company, and we are looking to bring on a Marketing Brand Artist who will be a cross-functional designer who works between the Design, Development, Sales, and Marketing teams. This role requires a strong understanding of layout, composition, brand communication, and presentation design. The Marketing Brand Artist supports the visual needs of the business by creating polished, consistent, and effective materials for sales, marketing, showrooms, and brand presentations. To be successful in this position, you must be disciplined and self-motivated, provide excellent creative ideas in line with current trends, show significant attention to detail, and work well with a dynamic team.

This role is based in El Segundo and is a hybrid position with three days onsite in the office.

NOTE: Candidates that do not provide a portfolio, will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ years maintaining and updating marketing and sales decks for internal presentations, retailer meetings, and brand storytelling.

  • Develop visual assets for outside marketing needs, including brand guides, art assets, campaign imagery, presentation graphics, and deck visuals.

  • Create sell sheets that clearly communicate product features, brand positioning, pricing structure, and sales opportunities.

  • Maintain and update the VLL (visual line list) deck with current product information, imagery, branding, and presentation layouts.

  • Support showroom visuals, including signage, display graphics, product callouts, presentation boards, and environmental branding.

  • Support the construction of packaging samples and presentation mockups when needed for sales, marketing, or retailer meetings.

  • Work cross-functionally with design, development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.

  • Organize and manage marketing design assets so teams have access to current logos, product images, templates, and approved artwork.

  • Assist with layout design, visual storytelling, and graphic communication for brand presentations and product launches.
