Position Summary

TheDirector, Brand & Studioleads Caliber's enterprise Brand & Studio Center of Excellence, serving as the steward of the company's brand portfolio and the leader of its internal creative studio.

This role is responsible for protecting and evolving the Caliber brand architecture while delivering world-class creative services that support multiple lines of business, including Collision, Glass, Fleet Solutions, Protech, and future growth businesses.

Partnering closely with Growth Marketing leaders, Corporate Communications, executive leadership, and external agencies, this leader ensures every customer, teammate, and partner touchpoint reflects a consistent, compelling, and differentiated brand experience.

Beyond overseeing creative production, the Director establishes the standards, governance, processes, and capabilities that enable the enterprise to scale its marketing efforts while preserving the integrity of the Caliber family of brands.

The Brand & Studio Center of Excellence exists to ensure that every expression of the Caliber brand-regardless of business line, channel, or audience-is strategically aligned, creatively exceptional, and consistently executed.

This leader provides the creative expertise, brand stewardship, and operational discipline that enables Growth Marketing teams to move quickly while maintaining enterprise-wide quality, consistency, and impact.

Core Responsibilities

Enterprise Brand Leadership

  • Own and evolve Caliber's enterprise brand architecture and portfolio strategy.

  • Protect and strengthen the Caliber brand while enabling each business line to communicate its unique value proposition.

  • Establish and govern enterprise brand standards, messaging frameworks, visual identity, and creative guidelines.

  • Champion brand consistency across all customer, teammate, partner, and executive communications.

Lead the Brand & Studio Center of Excellence

  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning graphic design, video production, content creation, creative operations, and production services.

  • Build a culture centered on creative excellence, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Allocate creative resources across multiple business lines to maximize enterprise impact.

  • Develop scalable workflows that improve speed, quality, and efficiency.

Creative Direction & Quality

  • Set the creative vision for enterprise campaigns, launches, executive communications, events, and major initiatives.

  • Establish creative review processes and quality standards.

  • Provide creative leadership and coaching to designers, writers, producers, and agency partners.

  • Ensure every deliverable reflects best-in-class creative execution.

Partner Across the Enterprise

  • Serve as the creative partner to Growth Marketing Directors supporting Collision, Glass, Fleet Solutions, Protech, and future growth businesses.

  • Collaborate with Communications, Digital, Operations, and Executive Leadership.

  • Guide agency partners while ensuring alignment with enterprise brand standards.

  • Influence stakeholders through creative thinking, storytelling, and design leadership.

Creative Operations & Innovation

  • Oversee creative operations, project prioritization, production planning, and digital asset management.

  • Continuously improve creative processes and studio performance.

  • Leverage AI-enabled creative tools and emerging technologies to improve quality, speed, and scalability.

  • Manage creative technology platforms and production workflows.
